Robbin is married. Her schools include Ft. Osage High School. She later attended University of Nebraska-Lincoln. University of Phoenix-MSN, Naval War College. She works(ed) at AFMS - Offutt - 55th Medical Group for the United Air Force Depart Of Defense as Chief, Quality Services, Offutt Air Force Base". , Served in the United States Army/United States Navy retired after 30 yrs.
